Overall we had a great experience! The booking was easy, our guide was informative & each stop was long enough to get a taste of each village. The boat speaker system could use improvement, at times it was to hear the guide however that may have been because we were not in the cabin…..the roof top of the boat is where we wanted to be.

Non mi è piaciuto niente perchè abbiamo saputo la mattina stessa che il tour non si sarebbe svolto causa maltempo fino a qui niente di strano ma la cosa ridicola che avevamo deciso di annullare il tour 2 GG prima e noi ci hanno permesso di prenotare il giorno prima del tour quando era già stato annullato chiedendo il pagamento anticipato comprese di commissioni tramite checkyeti con disagio di aver perso una giornata di vacanza e sperando che ci rimborsinonel più breve tempo possibile compreso di spese di commissione di checkyeti x la prenotazione

Réservation simple et journée superbe passée à bord du bateau et sur les villes des cinques terres. Des vues à couper le souffle. Je recommande à 100% cette activité dont le prix est très raisonnable.

Dieser Bootsausflug hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Schiff machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Cinque Terras vom Wasser aus zu besuchen war die Beste Idee überhaupt. Ich kann die cinqueterreferries nur empfehlen. Wir hatten die Reise schon von Deutschland aus online gebucht und es hat alles hervorragend geklappt . Es wäre nur schön wenn die Erklärungen zu den Dörfern vielleicht auch auf deutsch erklärt werden würden. Jetzt war es nur auf italienisch, französisch und englisch

Ho prenotato questa “crociera giornaliera” per un sabato di giugno.
Innanzitutto la prenotazione è stata posticipata di un giorno cambiando giustamente una delle tre tappe. Ci dissero che non sarebbe cambiato nulla ma ahimè la crociera è ritornata al porto di La Spezia ben un’ora prima. Sapendo questo avremmo sicuramente optato per altro dato che, alla fine, il viaggio non è stato poi così piacevole.
Alla seconda tappa, dato che alla prima ci dissero che NON SERVIVA arrivare in anticipo, ci presentammo al punto di ritrovo per riprendere l’imbarcazione con 2 MINUTI di ritardo. Erano già partiti, non ci hanno nemmeno aspettati per due minuti, non aggiungo altro. Abbiamo dovuto prendere un treno e pagare 8 euro per raggiungerli.
La Giuda a bordo bella, ma mi aspettavo, essendo in Italia, di trovare una Giuda che sapesse parlare bene l’italiano… Non era così purtroppo. Per quello che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Gita organizzata bene. Buona puntualità e tempi di sosta sufficienti per visitare Portovenere, Monterosso e Vernazza. Forse è mancata un po di musica e di clima di festa a bordo. Poco coinvolgimento e sinceramente in una gita di un giorno intero almeno un cocktail e uno snack l'avrei offerto. Grazie comunque per la giornata, la consiglio

Efficienza e onestà!
L'esperienza è stata ottima perché è stato semplicissimo prenotare, il personale della barca è stato molto disponibile. Purtroppo per problemi di pioggia non abbiamo potuto fare il giro completo delle 5 Terre e quindi ci hanno fatto fare Porto Venere (la prima fermata) dandoci il 70% di rimborso! Davvero molto efficienti e onesti.

I would 100% recommend Cinqueterrrferies. A very well-organised trip to the beautiful spots of the Cinque Terre. There was plenty of free time in the iconic villages, and the crew were very friendly and helpful.

Een prachtige dag. De “Lord Byron” is een prima boot om Cinque Terre te bezoeken. Voldoende tijd op drie plaatsen. Aan boord zou iets meer service zoals een kleine snack op de terugvaart welkom zijn. Een aanrader!

Highly recommend. An affordable way to see the main sights. A bit crowded getting back on the boat so we were glad it wasn’t high season and super hot weather. However overall enjoyable.

O experienta frumoasa, nava extrem de silentioasa,orele de plecare sosire sunt respectate intocmai,nu este aglomerat nici chiar in sezon (am fost in August) partea de cabina cu aer conditionat iar deck-ul superior acoperit cu prelata.Se pot achizitiona sucuri si cafea la bord. Recomand o rezervare cu minim o saptamana in avans.Alltogether,ne a placut ft mult!!

This is definitely the company to go with, we had a great time and the tour guides were very informative. Very beautiful scenery and each town was unique and lively.
Be prepared to queue off and onto the boat, especially at the first stop, Riomaggiore. This is not a criticism of Cinque Terre Ferries, but the infrastructure here is simply not suitable for the huge volumes of foot traffic that has to pass through the extremely narrow staircase and dock. Especially in the extreme heat where there is no cover and no attempt at controlling or directing foot traffic, it is utter chaos. Some of the profits from tourism should be redirected to improving this, expanding the dock and staircase, and installing staff to direct passengers.
Overall we had a great time and I would recommend this trip.

A great day experience, on a nice boat with good facilities and helpful crew. It was a hot day and lots of steps to climb at the first stop, but a well placed cafe awaited for refreshments. Each of the 3 towns visited are unique, and amazing to see how they were built into the hillsides.

Excursion intéressante dans un site exceptionnel. Le changement de programme (nous nous sommes arrêtés plus de 2h à Portovenere et l’escale de Vernazza a été escamotée) est le point noir de la journée. Une mention au personnel très agréable ! Je recommande cette activité qui permet de visiter les Cinqterre dans les meilleures conditions.

Es war ein guter Ausflug, die Kommunikation im voraus hat tadellos funktioniert. Die Cinque Terre ist vom Boot aus sehr sehenswert. Und die Crew war sehr freundlich.
Leider war es auf dem Schiff wegen der Erklärungen der Reiseleitung (hintereinander weg in drei Sprachen) sehr laut und unruhig.
Deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne. Möglichkeiten dies insgesamt ruhiger zu gestalten (Audio Guide oder ähnliches) gäbe es heutzutage ja auch einige.

Tout était très bien avec une météo idéale.
Seul bémol la traduction en quatre langues via haut parleur tout au long du trajet. On était assis en face du haut parleur. C’est un détail, nous avons passé une très agréable journée au sein des cinq terres en visitant les trois principaux villages. Je recommande vraiment plutôt que de faire la même chose avec les bateaux de la compagnie communale.
Seul bémol la traduction en quatre langues via haut parleur tout au long du trajet. On était assis en face du haut parleur. C’est un détail, nous avons passé une très agréable journée au sein des cinq terres en visitant les trois principaux villages. A great day with sunshine and calm sea. Fascinating villages to visit and excellent food ashore. Most impressed with how the captain docks the boat with two bow lines and reverse engines to hold the boat in place. One of the highlights of our trip to Italy!

Le bateau est très agréable, le son des haut-parleurs est assez bon et permet de bien comprendre les commentaires, la guide à bord du bateau était très intéressante et sympathique l'équipage est lui aussi très accueillant.
Pour les réservations la seule petite critique est que nous aimerions recevoir un mail confirmant la réservation et non pas nous annonçant le traitement de notre demande ( on s'est demandé si c'était accepté ou non).

El viaje en barco nos gustó mucho. Cómodo, rápido y buena atención. Nos apeno ver tanta gente en cada pueblo, es imposible disfrutar del encanto de cada uno de ellos. La aplicación para la reserva es fácil. Nos recomendaron esta excursion y también la recomendariamos.

Mi è piaciuta l'atmosfera e l'ambiente nonostante il caldo siamo riusciti comunque io e il mio compagno ad incentrarci sulle caratteristiche fondamentali delle 5 Terre cercando di conoscere i suoi dintorni.
Non è stato difficile prenotare fortunatamente soprattutto tramite l'online, devo dire anche abbastanza sicuro!
Lo consiglierei assolutamente la tariffa è giusta soprattutto è perché siamo in stagione.

Die Tour war gut organisiert, das Schiff in bestem Zustand und die Crew nett - von der Seite stimmte alles. Die Dörfer der Cinque Terre sind hoffnungslos überlaufen, das kann man nicht leugnen - und trotzdem: muss man einfach mal gesehen haben!

We liked everything about this ferry service of Cinque Terre. Professional, very nice vessel, easy to take pictures, first-rate safety, on time, comfortable. They can handle a lot of people very efficiently and with high courtesy. Bar, coffee, and snack food on board for additional fee. An excellent way to see the terrace towns.

Le programme proposé est bien, la navigation vers les villages est très agréble.
Le seul point noir est que nous av, ons séjourné à Monterosso durant 1 heure au lieu de 2h30 prévu. De ce fait, nous avons eu juste le temps de déjeuner mais nous n'avons pas pu visiter.
Et pour respecter l'horaire de retour fixé à 18h00, le bateau est allé à vitesse réduite.

If you are traveling with a kid or you are not a fan of direct sun, you should have in mind that there are no dedicated seats, so you might end up sitting on top of a ferry with no shade. We arrived early and got a seat inside the ferry. When leaving the ferry to visit Riomaggiore, we were not noticed taking all our personal belongings, so we left some of our things which we didn't need (swimming suits, etc.) on our seats. When we came back, our things were taken from our seats and put everywhere around. Some rude people said that there were no dedicated seats, so they just took our things away and took those seats. We were traveling with a kid and ended up having no seats inside the ferry.

We were probably the only cruise ship passengers on this tour since it could only be booked direct. It was not listed as available on any of the third party sites, but it was fantastic and very popular. They leave right from the pier next to the main gate of the port where we were dropped by our cruise ship. It was incredibly convenient. It is a long tour and well narrated in three languages. Amazing history here. Very well organized. They stop in the three of the pearls ( villages) of Cinque Terre. In Monteroso we had a nice amount of time where went out to eat, visited shops, explored a bit of the trails and we even swam at the beach! We loved it. Amazing value for the money too. If you consider a tour of Cinque Terre, You must see it by sea. Just the approach and the beauty of the shoreline is something to behold. The Lord Byron ship is modern and comfortable with bathrooms and a snack bar. It is way better than the public ferries our cruise lined organized tours through and this private cruise tour was much less expensive and worth it. It was our favorite excursion on our Mediterranean Cruise.

Il tempo dedicato alla visita di tre dei cinque borghi è più che sufficiente e le guide sono disponibili e molto preparate.Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono . Esperienza molto interessante per visitare ed ammirare le cinque terre da una prospettiva inaspettata. Il tour prevede delle guide che accompagnano i visitatori pee tutta la durata dell’escursione, con voce guida in varie lingue che illustra le attrazioni.

There were delays in arriving at each location which basically left us no time for visiting the villages. There should be a note that the arrival hours are estimated. Orherwise the conditions on the boat were very good.

Especially in August, which is the highest period of the season, there can be some marine traffic along the ports, so it can happen. L'idea di fare questo giro delle Cinque Terre in barca è un'idea molto originale secondo il mio punto di vista.
Per la prenotazione non c'è nessuna difficoltà, basta semplicemente andare sul sito, vedere le disponibilità e poi avviene tutto velocemente.
Le cose che potrei consigliare sono:
1) se ci sono dei possibili cambiamenti delle mete prestabilite, causa maltempo o mare mosso, farlo presente anche mandando una mail (perché le persone possono anche farsi un'ora o anche di più di strada per arrivare al porto e poi scoprire del cambiamento una volta trovati al punto di ritrovo);
2) avere una convenzione in un ristorante in una delle mete per quanto riguarda il pasto sapendolo in anticipo per poter prenotare oppure se questo non dovesse essere fattibile, paragonando questa escursione con altre escursioni fatte in passato, in alcune il pranzo veniva servito a bordo della barca durate il tragitto, anche una semplicissima pasta al pomodoro. Quest'ultimo esempio preso da un'escursione avvenuta in Sardegna per il giro della Maddalena con costo del biglietto 50€ (compreso anche di pranzo).

Buongiorno Sig.ra Franceschi, grazie per la sua opinione e i suoi consigli. Purtroppo qui nelle nostre zone, in estate soprattutto, il tempo e il mare possono subire cambiamenti anche imprevisti. Perciò, quando possibile, avvisiamo sempre i nostri passeggeri uno o due giorni prima della partenza in caso di cambiamenti. Se le condizioni dovessero cambiare all'ultimo momento, mettiamo sempre dei cartelli all'imbarco dove c'è scritto - in più lingue - che, a causa di condizioni meteo/mare, il tour potrà subire delle variazioni e chi desidera cancellare la prenotazione e ricevere il rimborso, può rivolgersi ai responsabili al check in che provvederanno immediatamente alla richiesta. Per quanto riguarda il pranzo, il nostro è un bar di bordo con personale dedicato e non un ristorante, attrezzato per offrire colazioni, snack e aperitivi. Considerando che l'imbarcazione porta fino a 200 persone, non è facile servire nel tempo della navigazione il pranzo a bordo. Inoltre, per servire dei veri e propri pranzi a bordo, bisogna avere delle cucine appropiate al tipo di servizio. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, considerando anche il mercato nella nostra zona e non in altre regioni, è competitivo, essendo un tour di 8 ore con guida inclusa nel prezzo. Il y a beaucoup de bateaux qui débarquent au 5T et l'arrêt n'est qu'un pour chaque village, donc forcément il faut faire la queue et on perd du temps car il y a tellement de monde. Tout le monde veut venir en vacances dans les 5 terres et il faut donc s'armer d'un peu de patience. Cordialement Marcella

Esta es la mejor manera en mi opinión de conocer las cinco tierras, la vista de los pueblos desde el océano es muy bonito y se puede apreciar mejor

Assolutamente consigliato! I posti davvero favolosi, ma a rendere davvero straordinaria l'esperienza è stato lo staff accogliente, sorridente, disponibile! La guida presente sia durante il viaggio, (mentre eravamo in navigazione), che durante l'escursione a terra, preparata, piacevolissima! Sullo scafo servizi efficienti: presenti bagni ampi e pulitissimi, il bar, tre possibili sistemazioni rispetto al meteo, (dentro, fuori, o anche una sistemazione verso poppa a metà, più riparata, ma esterna)
Il personale era numeroso, molto attenti alla pulizia! Mia figlia ha difficoltà di deambulazione ed è stata sempre aiutata nelle discese e risalite dal personale senza aver mai dovuto chiedere...molta sensibilità, non è affatto scontato!! Grazie infinite
